Instructional design is where my expertise and passion collide. I have 15+ years of experience in instruction, mentoring, curriculum and program development, leadership, training, and learning design. I create solutions for learners and organizations that not only address their needs and performance gaps but also are engaging, inclusive and fun.

I am a marathoner, and I am currently training for my first ultramarathon. I also love to travel. I have explored many parts of the world and enjoy learning about new cultures. I am also a proud member of the Boomer Storytellers group of the Toastmaster International in Norman, Oklahoma.
